Bharathanatiyam is one of the oldest and traditional form of classical dance that originated in Tamil Nadu. Bharathanatiyam theoretical foundation traces to the ancient Sanskrit text by Bharata Muni’s Natya Shastra, its existence by 2 nd century. Bharathanatiyam is strictly adheres to the Natya Shastra. Bharathanatiyam is a confluence of bhavam, ragam and thalam – the three essential components of dance.

Kalaiyugam Natyalaya was founded in 2006 by Smt. Justi Kishore which specializes in Pandhanai Nallur style of Bharathanatiyam. The students will be taught the Fine Arts of Bharathanatiyam to develop self confidence to Shine in the society.

Kalaiyugam Natyalaya is a registered institute. Inculcating Indian Culture and Tradition to the younger generation professionally is the primary aim of the Institution.
